This last weekend we flew to Phoenix to visit Trent's mom. Madisen was very nervous about the flight and have severe anxiety about the trip for a couple of weeks. She would ask me regularly if it would be bumpy or if she would get butterflies in her tummy(which she hates, she won't go on any of the "big rides" at Disneyland.) She ended up enjoying the flight and couldn't believe that she was so stressed out about it. Tatum traveled very well as well. The flight was only 2 hours. The next day Grandma Anny(Lee Ann) Trent, the kids and I all went to the Phoenix Zoo. It was a lot of fun. The Zoo was small but it was perfect for what we wanted. We had a great time. Thank you Grandma and Charles(Lee Ann's husband) for making our trip so fun.
Jaden said that his favorite part was looking
at the Tigers!
Madisen said her favorite part was riding the Camel.
Tatum said that her favorite part was eating
her first Ice Cream.
or maybe it was taking a nap on
the way home.
Grandma asked the kids what they thought her
favorite part was and Madisen said; "I think
your favorite part was spending time with us."
Grandma got a kick out of that. Because,
of course, that was her favorite part.

Amy wants to take us to that zoo. I guess it will happen when we finally go down there. I love the last picture. Way to cute.
I said it once but, I have to say it again. Grandma Anny is HOT! I wish I could look like that when I am a grandma. What a fun trip!
Okay...Trent's mom could totally be your twin!! She is soo pretty!! Madisen comment about grandma's favorite part was really cute! Such a sweetheart
