This year Madisen is on a swim team. Saturday was her first swim meet had she had a great time. She has been telling me that she doesn't want to race, but after Saturday she is hooked. She said that she really liked it and couldn't wait for her next meet.(which will be next week.)
She swam freestyle and Butterfly. She likes freestyle but hates butterfly.
This is Tatum sleeping. She did really well at the meet.
Madisen swam her freestyle in 27.11 sec. We didn't have a time to compare it to because she missed the time trails but it was pretty good considering it is her first year. She swam her butterfly 40.27 her last time was 51.45 so she improved by 11.18 sec. We are very proud of our little swimmer.
It was really cute because Madisen's friend Lexi waited by the finish line with her towel and gave it to her when she got out. She didn't want her to be cold.

It is nice to know that she can make new friends, Lexi and Madisen get along so well. She also played with her friend Natalie but I did not get a picture of them together. I'll have to get that one next time.
Jaden kept himself busy by playing with his friends and getting wet in the water fountain.
It was a great swim meet. We have lot's more to go.

Wow, I haven't looked at blogs in forever!!! The carmel pictures are so pretty. I've never been there but always wanted to. It looks as beautiful as I've heard.

The most burning question I have is, Can Madisen really do the butterfly? That is amazing!!!! That is so hard, I can't even do that. I am so impressed that she will compete in a swim meet. I bet you were so proud of her.
