Madisen went to her first Activity Days activity tonight. She was very excited. I mentioned something to her about it last week and hadn't said any more about it, mostly because I've been busy. But she woke up this morning and asked if today was her activity. For Madisen that says something because she is not the best at remembering things, unless she thinks they are important. She must have been looking forward to this activity.
They went to the Oakland temple to look at the lights. She had a great time. She asked if she could take my camera. I let her take my small one and these are some of the pictures she brought home:
What's that saying, A picture tells a million words,
after looking at her pictures I'd say she had a blast!

Looks like she had a great time. It's cool to see her enthusiasm. Let's hope it continues thru YW! It's cool that she has good church girlfriends!
She did have a great time! Those older girls really took her under their wing! We were excited to have her there!
She was so fun and so cute!
That is so cute that she asked to take your camera. I'm glad she had fun. Lexi starts in a few weeks and I just feel like she's so young!
Denae I totally understand. I feel the same way. I can't get over the fact that she's old enough to be 8. Good luck next month! :)
Holy cow!! I can't even think about Nat being old enough for that stuff! Z will be in cub scouts this year and then Nat will be in Achievement days the year after that! This has to stop or at least slow down!
I can't believe how old she is...I feel like she should still be wearing the little pink Uggs that I got her years ago.
What a grown up girl...
Audrey! ... I still can't believe it. Activity Days... taking the camera... she is such a little young woman. Happy Belated Birthday Audrey!
