Summer Break Week 6/Utah edition

After Wyoming we drove to Utah and stayed with my sister for a few days. The kids had a great time with Paisley their cousin. Hit was the trampoline. I kids want one so bad they can taste it, but our yard just isn't big enough.

We also went to our favorite pool in Orem; Scera

And we hiked to Timpanogos cave. We were completely unprepared

but it was still fun.

I had my kids wear pants and I wore pants and a long sweater thing.

I did not realize I was going to be hiking a mile and a half up a mountain

in the blistering heat. I wore the wrong shoes. Luckily I had shorts in the car

and I shed some layers before we went up. I would have died otherwise.

The lady said it was going to be 40 degrees in the cave and that's all that registered.

So, if you ever do plan to hike Timpanogos plan on it being like a good workout and wear the

appropriate attire. :)

The kids really did have a good time.
