Catching up

So as I'm sure you noticed I have not blogged in a long while. December hits and my life falls apart. Between my birthday, Madisen's birthday and Christmas is all I can do to come out of it with my head still attached.

Madisen turned 9 this year. Nothing makes you feel older than having your oldest child turn 9. She is growing up way to fast. I tried to convince her to stay 8 but she didn't listen. :( All my hard worked with teaching her how to treat others and to be christ like has payed off. This year I have seen what a special girl she is.

This year she decided to have a mock sleep over. She invited over 7 of her friends and they had a great time.

They had pillow fights, and painted their nails, they danced and goofed off and did lots of girlie things.

It is also tradition to put the tree up the week of Madisen's birthday. We tried to put it off this year, but she was not happy about it.
