A year ago this month we left our home in Southern California and relocated to Northern California. The move was bitter sweet for us. Trent was getting a great opportunity in his career but the kids and I had to leave our wonderful friends behind. We've adjusted making sure that we make it down to the Desert regularly so that we can see our friends. But when some of them decided to go come and visit us up here in Nor Cali we were thrilled. My great friend Shari came to see us with her three boys: Mckee(Mck), Luke, and Logan.
The kids had a great time. It was like they never left each other. We were so happy that they could come play with us.

Madisen and Mck play DDR the whole weekend. We had such a great time. Thanks for coming Thatchers. We want to let all of our friends know that we have plenty of space and kids who would love to see their friends. We promise to show you a good time. So please come and visit. :)

Your blog made me laugh so hard. Mostly because of the great memories it brought on...and partly because the jokes are probably true and knowing that we might be going through the same things together with our boys. Thanks for letting us come and feel like at home. I remember when I woke up one of the mornings and could have sworn I was in my own bed because it was so comfortable (bed and environment). You are so awesome and we are already missing hanging out with you all. Thanks for the pictures and we'll definitely made it a summer tradition. Love y'all!
