Husband gone
Trent went out of town on last Thursday. (March 6) He was gone until Sunday, then he came home for a couple of hours and left again Sunday night and won't be back until Friday. I really don't like when he is out of town. I've tired to repent and not complain as much about it. But I still don't like it. I don't like going to bed alone and getting up alone. I don't like not being able to talk to him because he's in "meetings". I don't like not being able to sit down and watch our favortie shows at the end of the night. Plus I miss the many things that he does to help me out during the day. It's just not the same when he isn't home. The kids miss him too, they both ask when he's going to be home from his "field trip" every night. When he first started traveling Jaden asked me when daddy was going to be home from his mission. Now he's on a field trip.

My husband travels to your neck of the woods at least once a month! When he's gone I watch all the "chick flicks" that I want! But, I hate sleeping alone so the kids take turns sleeping with me. I feel your pain!

I can relate. It's never fun when husbands are gone. I always miss mine so much when he is gone. It's always fun to reunite though. Lucky you got your mom to visit during his absence. Hopefully that balanced it out.
That is so cute that Jaden called it his mission when Trent was gone. Yeah, being home alone is the worst ever. I hope after this trip he doesn't have to go on one for awhile. I liked how in your talk you said you realized it was satan trying to get at you to feel discouraged etc. That happens to me too and everyone but if we realize where it's coming from it's easier to beat I think!
My hubby's out of town too and it sucks. I hate it and get all sad and freaked out at night. I can't wait until he comes home!

Just for my piece of mind....you probably don't want to advertise that you are home alone...without a husband, and with a few kids.

BTW: Trent is nothing to get sad about! Now if you were married to me...and I left, THEN you would have a reason to be upset....just like koko bean!
I am sorry you are so lonely. I wish we lived closer to eachother b/c I am a single mom alot lately. Brian has been working a lot!! I hope you have some good friends to keep you occupied :)
