We decided to visit some of the local tourist attractions, Armstrong Woods, California State Park. The Redwoods were amazing, and in some cases towering over 300 feet.
The kids had a great time running on the trails and jumping into the trees.
I've wanted to go there ever since Jared told me about it! How fun! I'm glad you got to go. What a fun packed summer youre having! We just got back from camping at the beach in San Onofre. It was a blast too!
You've had such a fun summer! I would love to go to the Redwoods and that's been on our list for a couple of years...we just haven't made it yet. I love your pictures! It looks like you had a great trip to Wyoming and Idaho as well. How fun to be in Wyoming for the 4th. I remember my dad stopping in Wyoming to bring home fireworks for us when we were little because they were so much better than our's. LOVE the cabin! What a fun place for the kids....those are the best vacations and what great memories they'll have!
