This is proof Celia that I am not a "Good" mom. Last Thursday we(Trent) decided that he was going to buy the Transformers movie. Trent took the kids to Target and brought it home. The kids wanted to watch it so we let them watch a little of it before they went to bed. The next moring Jaden woke up and wanted to watch Transformers. I let him watch. Now I must say that this movie has things that would not be considered appropriate for young children but being the naive mom that I am I figured that most of it was way over Jaden's head. I WAS WRONG!!!!! On Monday Madisen came home from school and wanted to watch Transformers, but wanted me to skip to where she had left off. I asked her where that was and she wasn't sure but Jaden had this to say...."Oooo I know where. The part where Mikaela shows her tummy." Hmmm.... So I asked "Jaden, is that the part you want to watch?" and he said "yes, I like that part." Ummm, I think I'm in big trouble. For those of you who have not seen the movie the part he is referring to is when Mikaela is wearing a tank top that is a mid drift and a little denim skirt, and she is bent over looking at the engine to the car. Yeah! Needless to say, Jaden will not be watching that movie anymore.

Audry, this is not good, and confirms my idea of Logan seeing no movies ever! Boys are so visual, it is scary!
You are still a Good Mom. You suffered through the pumpking patch.
Way to make Denae more paranoid. At least you know he's not gay.
I am stopping by today to say hi to everyone who has been kind enough to comment on my blog. It is part of my evil plan to rid the world of Halloween (check out my post today).
Thanks for head's up about transformers-my 4 year old really wants to watch it and now I know why he doesn't need to. He knows about the ratings and makes up his own. He likes to watch things that are "rated 4". We'll keep it that way for a while I hope.
Don't stress, he'll forget about that image soon. It's just such a struggle because so many movies throw stuff like that in it to captivate the male audience. It bugs me!!!
